Returns

If (part of) the order unexpectedly does not meet the requirements, the order must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.  You will find the return form enclosed with your order. Returns without our return document will not be considered.

 

Send the items with the form and well packed to the address mentioned on the order form. 

To avoid packaging waste, we encourage you to use the original envelope with the return strip (if the envelope is still in good condition of course).

                       

Note: The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and the customer is responsible for their own return shipment after sending it. If a package gets lost, we cannot be held liable.

 

Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 calendar days after receiving your product. RE/claimed reserves the right to refuse returned items. When you wish to exchange an item, you can return the order as stated above and order the right product on our website. Because we work with a limited stock we cannot guarantee sizes/colours. The shipping costs for the new order will also be for the customer.  After we have received the return, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days.
